Cancellation or Change Policy:
Cancellation or changes must be received
8 weeks prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations less than 8 weeks, forfeit two night's rental. Cancellations less than 4 weeks, forfeit 50% of rental unless room resells. Cancellations less than 2 weeks, forfeit 100% of rental unless condo resells.
