Are you the owner?

Yes. We have owned this Maui condo for the past 20 years. In fact we were the first owners of the unit to occupy it.  We keep it in top quality condition by continuously upgrading the furnishings.

How do I reserve your unit?

Call (425-391-8900 ext 4) or email me to check on availability.  Then, to hold your reservation we will need a deposit equal to one night's stay with 7 days.  The balance of the payment will be due 30 days prior to your trip.

How do you handle services on your unit?

We have a major on-Island rental agent who handles all of our services.  They actually have an on-site rental manager.  Any problems get solved immediately.

Has your unit been upgraded?

A new kitchen, bathrooms, Lanai and general beautification will be completed in the Spring of 2008. It is  first class all the way.

What if your unit is booked when we want to go?

I'd be happy to help you find other accommodations at Makena Surf or elsewhere in the Wailea Area  with other owners or agents who have rental units.
