Are you the owner?
Yes. We have owned this Maui condo for the past 21 years. In fact we were the first owners of the unit to occupy it. We keep it in top quality condition by continuously upgrading the furnishings.
How do I reserve your unit?
Call (425-391-8900 ext 4) or
email me
using the inquiry form to check on availability. Then, to hold your reservation we will need a deposit equal to
two night's stay within 7 days. The balance of the
payment will be due 30 days prior to your trip except for
Christmas booking which are due October 1.
How do you handle services on your unit?
We have a major on-Island rental agent who handles all of our services. They actually have
personnel on-site including the rental manager and
her assistant, maids and a maintenance team. Any problems get solved immediately.
Is maid service included?
Yes. We provide in and out maid service and a linen change
with clean up every 3 - 4 days on stays of 1 week or longer.
Additional service is available at our cost if you would like more.
Do you charge a resort fee?
No. We charge an association mandated $50.00 chec-in fee and state
taxes only.
Has your unit been upgraded?
A major remodel was completed in the Summer of 2008. It is first class all the way.

I'd be happy to help you find other accommodations at Makena Surf or elsewhere in the Wailea Area with other owners or agents who have rental units.
